At RPM Training, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip generated by the portal to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
