Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your RPM Training gear and orders.
How do I determine the correct length for my jump rope?
To find your ideal length, stand on the center of the cable with one foot. Pull the handles upward; for beginners, the cable ends (where they meet the handles) should reach your armpits. Advanced jumpers often prefer a shorter cable for increased speed and efficiency.
What is the difference between the coated and bare cables?
Coated cables are more durable and recommended for beginners or use on varied surfaces. Bare cables are lighter and faster, designed specifically for advanced athletes competing on rubber gym flooring to achieve maximum speed.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for training gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, jump ropes that have been cut or sized cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship RPM Training gear globally. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight. Customs duties may apply depending on your local regulations.
How do I maintain my RPM jump rope for longevity?
We recommend using your rope on a rubber mat to prevent cable fraying. Regularly check the set screws in the handles to ensure they remain tight, and avoid dropping the handles on hard concrete surfaces to protect the high-speed bearings.
